All products are quality checked prior to shipping. If any damage to products during delivery then please send us evidence of broken packaging and condition of item when recieved. This can then be used as evidence against the courier to help us with a claim which will help us with refunds. Returns available within 14 days, just contact us. Once products recieved and checked then a refund can be issued. We are unable to return used products. Refunds may take a little time to process but we will be in touch. Return shipping at your own cost.
